Current legislation defines electronic signatures as an instrument which guarantees the security of electronic communications, the identity of the communicating parties, the integrity and authenticity of the information exchanged, and the legal validity of transactions completed electronically.
GMV provides the consulting (business, technical and legal), design, integration and support services necessary for the use of electronic signatures in the practices of financial organizations. Beginning with an analysis of the business needs (digital identity, documentary integrity, electronic invoicing, etc.), GMV evaluates the project's technical and economic viability, helping our clients define a viable business model. Additionally, in collaboration with the legal department, GMV identifies the electronic signature type (advanced or recognized) required by the business process. As a result of these activities, GMV designs the processes, services and architecture that give support to the integration of electronic signatures.
